This beach abode has an updated kitchen with ceramic tile, a built-in wine rack, upgraded lighting, and a beveled mirror wall. Beach House 401A features beautiful ceramic tile, wood vinyl flooring in the bedrooms, and a private washer/dryer to keep your clothes and suit suits nice and clean. The bathrooms have upgraded vanities and fixtures, and the main bathroom features a walk-in shower. With three TVs, three DVDs, two VCRs, and a CD stereo system, you will find all the comforts of home! You'll receive a beach setup and bike rentals with stays from March through October. THINGS TO KNOW Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.
