With two electric bikes provided for your use, you'll be able to ride to excellent restaurants, the Blue Wahoos Stadium, and fantastic galleries and boutiques on Palafox Street. The house is centrally located between both Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key beaches, so you'll have your choice between top-tier beach experiences. As you arrive, you'll be greeted by a living space spread out across two floors. The main level features a lovely kitchen, dining, and living area where you can easily mingle and unwind in central air conditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and a subway tile backsplash, and there's room to dine at the two-person island and the circular table for four. Outside on the fenced-in patio, you'll find a gas grill, cushioned seating, and a serene setting for morning coffee or evening cocktails. After a day spent strolling the Pensacola Bay waterfront or lounging in white sand on Perdido Key Beach, you'll have a private washer/dryer for your laundry. Additional in-home amenities include streaming-capable TVs in the living area and both bedrooms and even a desk with a WiFi printer in case you need to get a bit of work done.
