Looking for a sunny place to call home this winter? La Mirage 327 is a spacious 1,040 sq. ft., 2-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront condo in Port Aransas, perfect for Winter Texans looking to trade snow and cold weather for sunshine, beach walks and laid-back island living.

Our family has spent many winters here and one of our favorite things about this condo during the winter is its location. We're on the south side of the building, which means lots of natural light and warm winter sunshine. We're also on the top floor, so there are no neighbors above you, and elevators make coming and going easy.

A Balcony You'll Actually Want to Live On

The oversized balcony is easily our favorite part of the condo and is set up to be an extension of the living space. You'll have a Gulf view from the balcony, living room and primary bedroom with doors off both rooms.

The huge, partially covered balcony has plenty of space to spend the day outside, with quality Polywood furniture including:

* Dining table and 4 chairs
* 2 Adirondack chairs
* Bar-height connected table and 2 stools that are perfect for enjoying the Gulf view

There's room for morning coffee, reading in the afternoon sun, happy hour and dinner outside, with a covered area when you'd rather have some shade.

Everything You Need for a Comfortable Extended Stay:

Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, dresser, nightstands with USB charging lamps, smart TV with cable, desk/workspace. The private bathroom includes a tub/shower and plenty of shelving and storage.

Second Bedroom: Two twin beds, smart TV with cable, closet and its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's perfect for visiting family or friends during your stay.

Living Room: Comfortable seating, queen sleeper sofa, 65-inch TV with cable and sliding doors leading to the balcony.

Kitchen & Dining: Full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher, plus cookware, dishes, glasses, silverware, coffee maker, toaster and slow cooker. The dining table seats six.

Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer right inside the condo.

Comfort & Connectivity: Central heat and air conditioning, great Wi-Fi and cable TV are all included, so you can settle in and feel at home for the winter.

The condo has also been updated with LVP flooring throughout, with no carpet.

Cinnamon Shore is right next door, giving you even more nearby options for restaurants, shops and places to enjoy without having to head all the way into town.

And, of course, the beach is right outside. Take the La Mirage private boardwalk and you're there.
