Hidden Treasure III is a spotless Gulf-front condo located on the 2nd floor of The Summit Resort, on the quiet end of the building, and just steps from the sugar-white beaches of Panama City Beach.

More than just a rental, Hidden Treasure III offers a boutique-style experience with thoughtful touches, elevated comfort, and personal details rarely found in traditional vacation condos.

This beautifully remodeled deluxe condo offers coastal charm, comfort, and convenience—including easy 2nd-floor access with no long elevator waits.

Perfect for snowbirds, couples, and small families, the condo sleeps up to 5 guests and features a private balcony with stunning Gulf views, comfortable leather seating, 65” smart TV, PS5, books, and games. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create a relaxing and memorable stay.

The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, plenty of cookware and dishes, Keurig and traditional coffee makers, and thoughtful extras like a coffee bar with coffee, tea, sugar, creamers, and spices—everything needed for longer stays.

The peaceful bedroom features two luxurious queen pillow-top beds, premium linens, a 58” smart TV, and direct bathroom access. The condo also offers 1½ updated bathrooms, including a spacious walk-in shower with rain shower head and built-in seat.

Additional comforts include complimentary WiFi, washer/dryer, beach toys, sports equipment, and extra beach chairs. Guests are welcomed with thoughtful touches such as cold bottled water, fresh ice, snacks, and a starter kit including bathroom amenities, paper products, dish supplies, and laundry pods.

For your convenience, we even cover the resort fee and have your parking pass waiting in the condo—no need to wait in line at the office.
