We are in a quiet community where we have several owners living year round, and others renting out their property for part of the year. Fort Morgan is much more quiet, remote, and wild than the rest of the surrounding areas of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. We are very close to public beach access (10 min walk or a minute drive). We are also very close to Sassy Bass - restaurant, bar, deli, fish market, general store, liquor store - for nearly all your essential needs.
Our home is newly built, finished in May 2022. Everything is brand new. We have not yet rented this property to many guests. We have been living here ourselves all summer.

Utilities Garbage must be taken to one of the dumpsters onsite.

Additional Bedding

Bunkroom (built-in bunks) We have three bedrooms - one with a king, one with a queen, and one that is a big room with a large built in bunk bed that holds two twin beds up top - meaning two people could sleep up there separate and in their own bed. Then that same room has two full beds below the bunk - for a total of four beds in that room.
