Sol Salty Beach House is a brand new luxurious 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom home located within the all new private community, Summer Salt, in Orange Beach, AL. Perfect for a family beach vacation, this beautiful private home will meet all your needs and can comfortably accommodate 10 adults. The house is located within a 1 minute drive or 10 minute walk (0.6 miles) to the nearest public beach access.

There are 3 parking spaces in the carport at ground level, along with an outdoor shower, charcoal BBQ and picnic table area. NO boat/trailer parking allowed in the carport or on community streets. Host is not responsible for parking citations.

Upon entering the second level you will find an open concept living/dining space perfect for prepping meals and enjoying time with family and friends. The cozy living room includes a 55" Roku TV and comfy sofa with queen size sleeper bed. The luxurious kitchen includes Quartz countertops, Shaker Cabinets, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with ice maker, 5 burner gas stove, apron front sink, dishwasher and island with seating for 3 people. Not to mention the cute little coffee/cocktail bar. Also in the kitchen you will find the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Down the living room hallway is a full bathroom with walk-in shower. From the living room, open the French doors and step out onto your covered patio complete with outdoor furniture so you can relax and soak in the beauty of Gulf State Park Wetlands right behind the house.

All bedrooms are on the third level with each having their own ensuite bathroom.
Master Bedroom - King Bed with 43" Roku TV, oversized master bath complete with granite double sink vanity and large walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 - King Bed with 43" Roku TV and ensuite bath with granite vanity and tub/shower combo.
Bedroom #3 - Full over Full Bunk Bed & Twin Trundle pull out with 32" Roku TV, Mrs Pac Man Arcade Game, and ensuite bath with granite vanity and tub/shower combo.

The location of the beach house cannot be beat. We are within walking distance to some great restaurants such as Doc's Seafood & Steak, Ruby Slipper Cafe, Live Bait, and Wolf Bay. There are also nearby attractions such as Beachside Mini Golf, Adventure Island, and Fat Daddy's Arcade.

Please note: Our home was complete in phase 1 of new beach community. The community pool and other amenities are complete and open. However construction is ongoing in the community.
