Cozy 3 bedroom home nestled between the Colorado River and Needles 18 hole golf course. Just 1 row back from the river and a short walk to our private sandy beach. The community pool and hot tub is just steps off the patio, and enjoy a short walk to dine at the local bar & grill.
Other nearby activities you may enjoy include fishing, about a 25 minute drive to the Laughlin casinos (gambling, shows, bowling, restaurants and entertainment). About 25 minutes the other direction to Lake Havasu, and about an hour to visit Las Vegas!

Our home is light and bright! We offer a full kitchen, indoor laundry room, large soaking tub in the master bath, fully furnished and stocked cooking kitchen. Enjoy a quiet morning coffee on our private porch and grill dinner on our back patio!
