The space is light and uncluttered. The kitchen is stocked with full-sized appliances and the cookware you need to actually cook (not just reheat). Two bedrooms give you room for a guest visit without giving up your own space. Wi-Fi is included. There is a Florida room facing the water side of the property, that has a daybed with 2 twin mattresses and a smart TV.
Barefoot Beach Resort is a well-maintained, quiet complex that snowbirds return to year after year. The heated pool is open year-round. There's a dock on the Intracoastal side for fishing, BBQ grills, and shared laundry on the same floor as the unit. Parking comes with the unit. Indian Shores Beach is directly across the street — five minutes of barefoot walking and you're in the Gulf. Restaurants, the Indian Shores grocery store, and the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary are all within walking distance. Clearwater Beach is 15 minutes north, downtown St. Pete is 25 minutes south, and Tampa International Airport is about 35 minutes by car.
Ideal for a snowbird couple, two friends sharing the season, or a remote worker who wants a quiet beach base for the winter. The unit sleeps 4-6 comfortably.

This is a seasonal rental with a 4-month minimum stay, available September 1, 2026 through January, 2027 (a 5-month booking is preferred and earns a small additional discount). Rent is $4,450 per month, all utilities included up to a $250/month electric cap, with a one-time $350 cleaning fee and a $1,500 refundable security deposit. First month, cleaning fee, and deposit are due at booking; subsequent monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month.
The unit is part of an HOA-managed complex (Barefoot Beach Resort, managed by FirstService Residential). All tenants complete a brief HOA tenant application and are subject to standard background and reference checks — the owner handles the application paperwork on the tenant's behalf and walks you through it after a booking is confirmed. A written Florida seasonal lease will be provided and signed before the first rent payment.
House rules are straightforward: no smoking anywhere on the property, no parties or events, quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM per HOA policy, one vehicle in the assigned space (a second vehicle uses guest parking), and compliance with the Barefoot Beach Resort HOA rules (provided at check-in). Pets are NOT allowed.
Owner is responsive and based locally; the unit is professionally cleaned between stays and the owner handles any maintenance needs directly within 24 hours.
