The private second-floor balcony overlooks The Landing, a scenic waterfront park, and offers tranquil Intracoastal Waterway views. Designed for comfort and convenience, the loft is well-suited for families or groups seeking a coastal getaway. It features a primary bedroom with a king bed, a secondary bedroom with a queen bed, two full bathrooms, and an open bunk area with two sets of bunk beds. An in-unit washer and dryer are included. Dogs are welcome.
