The Highlight: A Backyard Built for Fun Why settle for just a house when you can have a private resort? Our saltwater pool is the star of the show (heated Oct–May, weather permitting for a fee. Chilled for a fee in warmer months). Spend your afternoons playing ping pong, shooting hoops at the basketball goal, or hosting a BBQ with the provided propane grill. Inside the Home: Space for Everyone: 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 full baths ensure no one is cramped. Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to whip up family feasts. Modern Comfort: Open-concept living area with stylish furnishings and plenty of natural light. Prime Location: You are minutes away from world-class golf, local bars, coastal dining, and unique shopping. Whether you’re here for the saltwater fishing or just to soak up the sun, everything you need is within reach. House Rules & Info: The primary guest must be 25+ years old and stay for the duration of the trip. Maximum occupancy: 10 guests. No motorcycles or trailers. Maximum vehicles for the home is 6. No pets, smoking, or large parties allowed. Note: Pool heating is available for an additional fee.
