30-day minimum stay. At least one renter/occupant must be age 55+. No smoking. One small dog under 40 lbs may be considered with prior owner approval and a $500 refundable pet deposit; no cats or large dogs. Renters insurance with minimum $300,000 personal liability coverage is required before occupancy. A $1,000 refundable security deposit and $295 departure cleaning fee apply. Rental rates are subject to applicable 11% Florida and Collier County transient rental taxes.

Owner direct. Canadian, U.S., and international snowbirds are welcome. Rates are in U.S. dollars.
