A great location, where you can walk to stores and restaurants and yet Quiet, Quiet, Quiet! You really don't need a car as Walmart is a short walk. Sprouts at Higley & Baseline, Costco is 2.7 mi. and Trader Joe's is 6.1 mi. Short walk to Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Applebees and Taco Bell. Short Drive to PF Changs, BJ's, Panda Express, Rubio's, Osaka and more.
The salt water pool and jacuzzi are heated year-round and the Gated community of 85 units is welcoming to guests. Local Property Managers are available for check-in and to assist with any issues that might arise. The house has 3 TV's all with antennas that receive many channels. The living room has a smart TV where you can use your various subscriptions, netflix etc. Internet is included in the price. There is a Cox TV store right outside the gate for those who wish to set up and pay for cable. During high season, I rent January & February together and March & April together.
