Originally built in the 1800s and thoughtfully renovated, the home features updated kitchens and bathrooms, fresh paint, new furniture, whole-house water filtration, new water lines, and updated windows and doors installed between 2023–2024. Open the windows for fresh coastal air or cozy up by the propane fireplace in the living room after a day exploring town.

The home comfortably welcomes guests with a main-level king bedroom and private bathroom, high-speed WiFi, and a dedicated workspace complete with a printer/copier/scanner setup — perfect for extended stays or remote work by the beach.

Outside, the fully fenced backyard creates a private oasis for both guests and their dogs to relax and play worry-free.
